In 1997, CPSR-Madison members worked to obtain and configure computers, peripherals, and software for use by the Madison Urban League to distribute to low-income families in our community, and also for the UW Guatamalan Student Initiative to bring to Guatamala for its Computer School Project, for use by members of human rights, worker, and Mayan organizations.
